Responsibilities:

  • 1 Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, while organizing and managing HR tasks with follow-up as needed.
  • 1 Participating in HR training and development programs, staying updated on policies and best practices, and engaging in self-learning when required.
  • 1 Conducting research on HR issues and assisting in the enhancement of HR-related knowledge resources.
  • 1 Supporting background verification processes, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above.
  • 2 years minimum experience in HR
  • Prior experience in Human Resources field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, good interpersonal skills & able to work in a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently based on business requirements (may include extended hours as when necessary).
  • Excellent learning ability, careful, & patient, and with strong work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly resourceful and adaptable to a fast paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills required and ability to work across multicultural/multilangual teams.
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs and HR Systems. Experience at Workday will be highly desired.
  • Mandarin proficiency for effective liaison with external vendors.
