Job Title: Audit Clerk
Job Brief
To provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication. Will provide administrative support to audit staff and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to audit department.
Responsibilities in Audit Administration
- Preparing, printing and scanning related documentation
- Filling management
- Maintain file numbering and tagging , archiving and disposing
- Controlling Document - Receiving, checking, transferring and returning
- Ordering and managing stationery and grocery
Position Requirement
Formal Education, Certification and Experience
- SPM or STPM or Diploma
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadline in face organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
