Job description

  • Inspire customers by providing interior design and home furnishing ideas for their dream kitchen, wardrobe and home living solutions ranging from living, bedroom, study area as well as soft furnishing
  • Propose special home furnishing packages based on show units design concepts.
  • Follow up on sales prospects with excellent customer servicing
  • Prepare sales quotations and process sales orders.
  • Follow up with payment collection and after sales service
  • Coordinate installations effectively and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Display a high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers.
  • Attend and provide all customers, product knowledge and assist in any immediate DC4 drawings and quotations to customers.
  • Ensure assigned reports are updated accurately in timely manner and schedule weekly team meetings.
  • Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials
  • Monitor company email and liaise with customers on queries.
  • Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Responsible for the organization and coordination of office administration duties and office procedures.
  • Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocation, office access card, phone system, door system, and utilities.
  • Work closely with Branch Manager to ensure all but not limited to; administrative, basic accounts and data entry work are completed within the timeframe.
  • Manage online sales platform product posting and attend to all enquiries in one platform immediately.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Sales department such as and not limited to assigning leads, monthly reports, invoice preparations.

Job requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Candidate with interior design and sales background in related fields will be more advantageous
  • Able to speak multiple languages (English, Mandarin and BM)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Possess own transport to travel to office (Canning 2, Ipoh) or client’s site
  • For candidate whose age is 21 years old and above
  • A team player who is responsible, committed, accountable, goal-oriented and sensitive towards deadline are welcomed to apply
