Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR & General Admin to support our HR and administrative functions. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, office management, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preliminary recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
· Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and orientation materials.
· Handle leave management and employee attendance tracking.
· Assist with employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
General Administration Responsibilities:
· Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workplace.
· Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
· Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation.
· Support payroll processing by compiling necessary HR data.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
· Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of HR software is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
