Customer Service Coordinator Seafreight/ Airfreight
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments, orders, and delivery status.
· Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any delays or issues.
· Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouses to coordinate logistics operations.
· Process customer orders, update shipment information, and maintain accurate records in the system.
· Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and provide timely solutions.
· Assist with documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
· Work closely with the logistics and operations team to optimize shipping efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
· Provide proactive updates and reports to customers on shipment status and potential disruptions.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
· Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
· Strong understanding of transportation and shipping processes (domestic and international).
· Proficiency in logistics software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of customs regulations and freight forwarding is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
