- Responsible for daily repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance of the various facilities under their domain which includes repairing doors, locks, door frames and handles as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches, and window glass.
- Performing basic plumbing tasks, which includes unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets.
- Ensure all maintenance operations are completed while taking care of things such as building maintenance, planning maintenance, and work orders.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.
- Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
- To Maintain Electricity Power, Lighting, Plumbing System, Company Fire Fighting System, NHE equipment, PABX & keyphone system, and Office & Warehouse Air condition normal service.

EDUCATION:
Certificate of Building Maintenance, Diploma in Engineering of Building Maintenance, Mara Certificate Level 3,
EXPERIENCE:
At least 3-4 years of working experience
