Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to launch and expand the brand’s physical store presence in targeted markets by conducting market research and feasibility studies to assess potential locations.
  • Drive sales growth through retail channels by setting, monitoring, and optimizing sales targets while analyzing performance trends.
  • Develop store budgets to align with sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Plan and coordinate new store openings while overseeing store layout, manpower allocation, and operational readiness to ensure efficient execution.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in business development or retail sales, with hands-on experience in planning and setting up brand’s physical stores or pop-up stores in malls.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and team collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience in sales analysis and business planning.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
