1. Lead & Manage Staff: Oversee and coordinate cyber café staff, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
2. Staff Scheduling: Prepare and manage staff schedules effectively.
3. Customer Relations: Be friendly, outgoing, and communicative to build strong relationships with customers.
4. Clean & Organized Environment: Maintain the cyber café’s cleanliness, organization, and safety.
5. Technical Support: Handle basic computer troubleshooting, including connectivity, software, and minor hardware issues.
6. Gaming Knowledge: Assist customers with gaming setups, recommendations, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced gaming environment.
7. Cash Handling & Reporting: Manage cash transactions, daily sales records, and ensure financial accuracy.
8. Monitor Café Operations: Ensure all equipment, PCs, and gaming peripherals are in top condition. Report any major issues to the Operations Director.
9. Customer Engagement & Promotions: Help with promotions, customer loyalty programs, and in-store events.
