  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory and Stock Management

  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Coordinating with procurement and suppliers to avoid shortages and overstock

2. Quality Control and Compliance

  • Ensuring all food products are handled and stored according to industry standards (e.g., HACCP, FIFO) and safety regulations.
  • Regularly inspecting goods to maintain high quality and avoid contamination or spoilage.

3. Team Supervision and Training

  • Overseeing the logistics team, including warehouse staff, drivers, and support personnel.
  • Training employees on safety protocols, proper handling, and efficiency standards.

4. Scheduling and Route Planning

  • Planning delivery schedules and routes to optimize delivery times and minimize costs.
  • Coordinating with dispatch teams to handle any last-minute adjustments.

5. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintaining records of shipments, inventory, and compliance reports.
  • Providing regular performance reports to upper management, identifying areas for improvement.

6. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution

  • Addressing and resolving logistical issues, such as delivery delays or quality concerns.
  • Communicating with suppliers, vendors, and customers to manage expectations and handle disputes.

7. Cost Control and Efficiency Optimization

  • Working to reduce waste and improve the cost-effectiveness of logistics processes.
  • Implementing lean practices or technology to streamline workflows.

Working Conditions:

  • 6 days working per week; (rest day based on schedule)
  • Shift rotation (AM & PM; every two weeks)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, in fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Food Science can be beneficial
  • Experience working 1-2 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
