  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager (PM)
Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage the design, implementation, and support of various IT infrastructure projects. As the IT Infrastructure PM, you will lead cross-functional teams and work with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate project status effectively.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources (internal and external) to ensure that all aspects of the project are adequately staffed and supported.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues by implementing solutions or adjustments to meet objectives.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that projects stay within the approved financial scope.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure that detailed documentation is maintained, including project plans, risk registers, status reports, and project completion reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure that infrastructure solutions meet business needs and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee and manage third-party vendors, ensuring deliverables are met according to the agreed-upon specifications and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring high levels of collaboration, motivation, and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects (data centers, networks, cloud migrations, etc.).
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud services, etc.).

Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • ITIL, Prince2, or similar infrastructure-related certifications are a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Budget and cost management expertise.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
