The Admin Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative tasks in a training and consultancy company. This position involves providing administrative support to various departments and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Admin Executive will contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring the administrative functions are executed professionally and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general administration on day-to-day administrative support, including sales, advisory & training operation execution and delivery to client with compliance to company policies & procedures effectively
  • Maintain and update records and filing systems to meet authorities, operational and financial record-keeping, media galley, courier, customer satisfaction and E-certificate database.
  • Assist in coordinating training/workshops/events, including venue arrangements, logistics, participant, authorities and trainer notification and preparing training materials, equipment, and resources for use by trainers and participants.
  • Assist Operations Manager to maintain and update Wordpress backend on training information, documentation & WI maintenance
  • Handle office supply, office cleaning, pantry & stationery inventory, and procurement activities through vendor and quotations sourcing, negotiation, appointment, delivery and payment update to vendor

Qualifications

SPM / STPM holder

Working Experiences

Entry level or 1 year min. in admin/HR role

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good team player
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication & reporting skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
