  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and generating sales or appointments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads. Introduce and promote products/services to potential clients.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information as needed. Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets or lead conversion goals. Update and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections and rejections with professionalism. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
