Recruitment Team Leader (Johor Bahru)
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Set clear goals and KPIs for the recruitment team and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
· Execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
· Collaborate with client to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
· provides forecast information and also able to come up with back up if the forecast is lower than plan.
CANDIDATE PROFILE/JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years in End to End recruitment in a similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency.
· Result oriented with proven record in mass hiring for data centre.
· Ability to develop good client relationship, dealing with Hiring Managers and multi-taskings
· Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to analyse data for performance improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
