Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Admin to provide account administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments and send payment reminders
- Process and store bank deposits and invoices
- Prepare and submit tax documentation
- Maintain accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Create and manage daily paperwork
- Prepare cash flow reports and data
- Maintain monthly journals
- Maintain sub-ledger
- Review and reconcile financial information
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like LCCI, CAT, ACCA (part-qualified), or CPA (part-qualified) are an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or administrative role.
- Fresh graduate can apply.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
