Job Title: Account Admin

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Admin to provide account administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and send payment reminders
  • Process and store bank deposits and invoices
  • Prepare and submit tax documentation
  • Maintain accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Create and manage daily paperwork
  • Prepare cash flow reports and data
  • Maintain monthly journals
  • Maintain sub-ledger
  • Review and reconcile financial information
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications like LCCI, CAT, ACCA (part-qualified), or CPA (part-qualified) are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or administrative role.
  • Fresh graduate can apply.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
