  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and maintain the relationship between the employer and employees by resolving workplace conflict, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle recruitment and staffing process. Coordinate with superior and cross-functional departments to develop job requirement and function for specific role to be filled.
  • Manage onboarding process and training for new employee. Ensure new employee equipped with essential tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive salary structures and comprehensive benefit packages
  • Assist in administering payroll processing, benefits enrolment, leave records, attendance and other related information.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR database for employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, ensuring smooth HR processes and policies
  • Ensure organization adhere to labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards. Managing legal issues related to employee contracts, discrimination, and terminations.
  • Develop and design performance management framework across departments to ensure employees’ work aligns with business goals and their performance is consistently monitored, developed, and improved.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills across departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of a diploma, bachelor degree in business / human resource, psychology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience (employee relations) is required
  • Independent, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate good analytical skill and possess high level of work commitment
  • Have good amount of knowledge in latest employment act
  • Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must possess own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
