  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

General Duties

  • To achieve student enrolment based on target set by Management.
  • To be responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of the Schools and to administer and supervise systems and routines to ensure operational efficiency.
  • To provide supervision and direction to Key Academic Staff.
  • To ensure that the operation of the Schools reflects the organization's philosophy and to ensure that the school’s mission is implemented.
  • Ensure the environment of the Schools is conducive which include timely maintenance of the facility and classroom; notice boards are updated with latest and meaningful information; student works are properly displayed.
  • Ensure health and safety of the school’s students, staff and visitors.

Academic Standard and Student Welfare

  • To maintain an overview of the curriculum to ensure effective implementation and ensure the highest possible quality of education for students.
  • To promote a positive and professional learning culture.
  • Active development and fostering of positive relationships with students.
  • Responsibility to encourage high morale and discipline standards.

Customer Management

  • Engagement and Communication with Parents.
  • Handle complaints in professional manner and ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Staff Management

  • Manage the manpower allocation of academic staff which includes hiring of good teachers, managing poor performers and set high standard of education. Ensure key supervisory positions are filled by competent and passionate people.
  • Monitor language proficiency of teachers to ensure all can at least communicate in English language to maintain our high standard as a private school.
  • Identify competency gaps of key academic staff and teachers and provide appropriate training and development programme to close the gap.
  • Succession Planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
