Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential markets within the facility management and maintenance sector.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight the company’s value proposition.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations on contract terms and pricing, aiming to secure profitable agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market share.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the facility management and maintenance industry.
  • Strong understanding of facility management services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other related services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
