Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential markets within the facility management and maintenance sector.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight the company’s value proposition.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations on contract terms and pricing, aiming to secure profitable agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market share.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the facility management and maintenance industry.
- Strong understanding of facility management services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
