  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, along with the ability to act in a Business Analyst (BA) capacity to gather requirements and support successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

  • Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrate with third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and custom web services for seamless Salesforce integration.
  • Perform data migrations using Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools, ensuring data integrity.
  • Conduct unit testing, deployment, and post-implementation support to ensure optimal system performance.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions, creating user stories, workflows, and wireframes.
  • Assist in preparing functional documentation, including requirements documents, user guides, and training materials.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to enhance Salesforce solutions and align them with business needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with product owners, business users, and developers to ensure optimal system functionality and user experience.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements related to Salesforce development and system enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in:
  • Apex programming
  • Visualforce pages and components
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST)
  • Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, including custom objects, page layouts, and record types.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, especially with third-party applications.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or other software development lifecycle models.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
