Job Responsibilities

  • General duties such as preparing and managing documents related to QBEE Motor Group
  • Assist our Purchasing department in managing, arranging and submitting documents related to invoicing and purchasing to the relevant manufacturers and distributors.
  • To negotiate for the most competitive price and issue PO.
  • To follow-up on order confirmation and prompt delivery to site.
  • Perform purchasing planning, sourcing, selecting & negotiating with suppliers constantly to strive for best purchase price & credit terms while maintaining the highest level of quality reliability and service.
  • To issue Purchase Order to suppliers and follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
  • Ensure all incoming purchase requisition are processed promptly and efficiently.
  • To work closely with Logistics department and ensuring constant communication for the in-coming shipment.
  • To handle any other duties may assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must process at least Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant field
  • Working experience in similar position is advantageous
  • Preferably executive in Purchasing Management or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organizing and analytical skills.
  • Computer literate – Well versed with Microsoft Office
