Responsibilities:
- Must have strong IT recruitment
- Responsible for the recruitment Filling
- Identify fulfilment channels (e.g., agencies, career website, job boards, Linked-In, employee referral)
- Analyze sourcing strategy including the data on sourcing channel effectiveness
- Run service reviews and monitor agency performance
- Monitor and track candidate status across the hiring process
- Analyze the recruitment metrics and SLA to identify root cause and interventions
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SLA on daily basis to identify interventions and monitor execution/closure of related actions
- Analyze sourcing strategy including the data on sourcing channel effectiveness (i.e. career website & job boards, LinkedIn, employee referral, agency)
- Analyze agency performance pipeline and support weekly agency cadences & individual tracker maintenance
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
