We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to drive our organic search strategy, improve search engine rankings, and optimize website performance. You will play a crucial role in increasing website traffic, improving user engagement, and enhancing overall online visibility. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content strategies, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Technical SEO
- Perform technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Optimize website structure, URLs, metadata, and schema markup for improved search performance.
- Implement technical improvements such as page speed optimization, mobile usability, and structured data.
- Content & On-Page Optimization
- Optimize website copy, create blog articles, and landing pages for SEO.
- Ensure all content follows best practices, including keyword placement, readability, and search intent alignment.
- Conduct content gap analysis and suggest new topic ideas based on trends and competitor research.
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor and manage the website's backlink profile, disavowing toxic links when necessary.
- Foster relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and publishers to enhance off-site SEO efforts.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other key SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing role.
- Technical Skills: Experience in WordPress.
- SEO Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and other SEO-related platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Content Knowledge: Understanding of content marketing principles and experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Link Building: Experience in ethical link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-Date Expertise: In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest SEO trends.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
