Job Description:
- Review and overseeing the full spectrum of finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure that financial records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews to provide management with insightful information for decision-making, identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements
- Manage operations across Purchasing, HR & Admin, Sales & Design, Project and Production departments
- Collaborate with the project management and production teams to ensure cost-efficient resource allocation and adherence to project budgets.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement to align with project and production schedules and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director in strategic planning, goal setting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Act as the company’s Quality Management Representative (QMR), coordinating internal and external audits and continual improvement processes.
- Handling grant application, liaise with all local authorities, internal & external auditors, tax agent, bankers, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA,MIA member, or equivalent).
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in finance and operations management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive company-wide initiatives.
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in financial software, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in Employment Act and Project management will be added advantages.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
