Junior Customer Service Executive
Job Description

To continuously improve our customer experience, we are seeking a Customer Service Executive who are passion and who has a customer-oriented attitude to help us to deliver high-class customer service. As an ideal candidate, you'll need to have the ability to communicate and address to customer problem in a fast-paced and changing environment. The focus is to enhance customer experience and communicate customer needs to stakeholders and understand customer needs.
Qualification and experience requirements
· Minimum of a SPM, Diploma or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field; or
· A minimum of one year of responsible experience in sales position; or
· A minimum of one year of experience in supply chain and logistics industries field.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Role and Responsibilities
· Communicate with customers via phone calls or emails
· Attend and address to customers services inquires and requests.
· Timely date entry to booking systems.
· Build relationship customer to ensure business is consistently secured.
· Handle and resolve customer complaints.
· Create customer standard operating procedures.
· Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Handle customer booking and arrangement.
· Liaise with operation team on shipment arrangement.
· Ensure shipment are on time.
· Generate investigation report when receive complaints from customers.
· Attend to training and development session to increase personal skills and product knowledges.

· Microsoft Office Operating Knowledge.
· Basic transport and logistics Knowledge.
· Knowledge in customer service practices.
