  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management – Process and verify export sales orders, coordinate with customers, and maintain records.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Prepare export documents and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Logistics & Shipping – Arrange shipments, track deliveries, and resolve logistics issues.
  • Inventory & Production – Coordinate with production teams, monitor stock, and manage order fulfillment.
  • Customer Service – Handle inquiries, update customers, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Sales Administration – Support sales with reports, pricing updates, and order confirmations.
  • Issue Resolution – Address export-related challenges and improve processes.
  • Other Duties – Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.Experience in export sales, logistics, or shipping is a plus.

2. Key Skills:

  • Export Procedures & Documentation – Knowledge of shipping documents and customs regulations.
  • Familiar with Incoterms
  • Logistics & Coordination – Experience with freight forwarders and shipment tracking.
  • Computer Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and sales/order management systems.
  • Customer Service – Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Other Requirements: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Able to work independently and in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
