1. Assist in preparing M&E technical specifications and drawings for mechanical and electrical installations.
2. Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of M&E subcontractors and on-site technicians to ensure that M&E systems are installed, tested, as per design specifications.
3. Manage the efficient use of materials and resources during installation, ensuring minimal waste and cost control.
4. Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and as-built documentation related to the M&E work.
5. Participate in regular coordination meetings with all stakeholders to address any conflicts or design issues related to M&E systems.
6. Provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager on the progress of M&E installations, any issues, delays, or risks, and the resolution of those problems.
7. Supervise and monitor M&E subcontractors’ performance, ensuring that subcontractors meet the contract specifications and timeline.
8. Ensure that all M&E works are carried out in line with safety, health, and environmental guidelines set by the project and regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ensuring that all building systems related to mechanical, electrical and plumbing are designed, installed and maintained properly.
- Essential knowledge and experience in managing M&E works in handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation
- Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
