Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service.
- Assist in staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Support in budgeting, cost control, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
