Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring high-quality service, managing staff, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Assist in staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory and manage stock levels efficiently.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Support in budgeting, cost control, and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
