  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Position: UAT Tester

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Working Location: Jalan Ampang, KL

Basic Salary: RM2,500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute test cases on different platform / systems / devices, thoroughly testing all features, User Interface (UI) and functionalities of the application.
  • Understand and interpret business requirements to ensure all necessary aspects are covered during testing.
  • Create detailed test cases based on user requirement, covering various scenarios and edge cases (including positive and negative scenarios).
  • Identify and report defects encountered during testing, providing clear descriptions and steps to reproduce the issues.
  • Document the test evidence, track the testing progress and communicate the findings to stakeholders (including IT team).
  • Ensure that the test evidence / test results are captured and saved in tracking system or department’s folder.
  • Work closely with end users, IT developers, IT business analysts and project managers to resolved identified issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare a user guide and conduct user briefing to end users for each of enhancement and new products before its deployment to production.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or requirement gathering.
  • Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tests meticulously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot defects.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated for Covid19.
