Job scope:
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Basic web profiling /research / verify customer information and update in CRM (D365).
- Create tickets and follow ups for new account creation /sold-to creation in CRM.
- Supporting the sales department with other basic administrative tasks such as customer payment status, delivery status, order cancellation, price arrangement, attendance tracking, and others ad hoc task given.
- Updating EDM / marketing lead / B2B lead and update report / assignment in iSource / Adobe / Educare.
- Update pipeline review report and SPIFF program.
- Updating account segment move request and follow up internal escalation.
- Maintaining on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Maintaining B2C pipeline hygiene and updating PSO weekly.
- Able to multi-task to complete task given to update within timeline given.
Requirements:
- Minimum1 (one) year experience in similar role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
- Business Communication (Proficient in English).
- Planning & Prioritizing.
- Adaptability & Openness to Transformation.
