  • Responsible for planning, formulating and enforcing safety policies and regulations.
  • Investigate industrial accidents to determine causes and make recommendation to management for making working conditions as safe as possible.
  • Responsible for safety training and coordinate safety committee meetings and inspection.
  • Responsible to maintain reports of accidents for management action and for reporting to statutory authorities.
  • To liaise with clients, Jabatan Keselamatan Kerja Pekerja (JKKP) and relevant authorities with respect to safety matter.
  • Provide an appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation training for managers and supervisor.
  • Assist the management in the annual inspection of workplaces to assure safe and healthful conditions for workers.
  • Prepare an appropriate notice for management to issue for abatement of any identified hazards.
  • Assists management and supervisors in investigating accidents and developing measures to prevent recurrences.
  • To ensure compliance of Safety, Health and Environment (S.H.E) policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or its equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience under safety department, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Poses DOSH Green Book.
  • Candidates who are available and can start immediately will be given preference.
  • Able to work in Cyberjaya.
  • Able to work 6 days per week.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
