We are a leading Pulmonary and Sleep Specialist practice providing comprehensive care, including primary and urgent care services, across two locations in North Carolina. We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Recruitment & HR Specialist to manage our hiring process and staff needs efficiently.
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee Indeed job postings, follow-ups on applications, video interviews, and onboarding. This role will also include staff roster management, handling payroll inquiries, and addressing staff concerns. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of US employment practices, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to navigate workplace dynamics effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings on Indeed and other platforms, ensuring quality outreach to candidates.
- Review applications, conduct video interviews, and schedule next steps.
- Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update the staff roster, ensuring accuracy in scheduling.
- Address payroll-related inquiries.
- Act as a point of contact for staff needs, concerns, and requests.
- Navigate workplace politics professionally and ensure a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and HR best practices.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE experience in US hiring and HR practices.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR-related roles.
- Strong ability to handle workplace politics and foster a positive work culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal training and hit the ground running.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
