  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership:

Assist in leading and managing the IT team, providing guidance and support.

Collaborate with the IT Manager to ensure the effective functioning of the IT department.

Network Management:

Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

Project Management:

Collaborate with the IT Manager in planning and executing projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget.

Lead network-related projects, coordinating resources and activities.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to end-users, resolving complex IT and network-related issues.

Ensure timely resolution of escalated support tickets.

System Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network components.

Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with IT and network service providers and vendors.

Evaluate, select, and negotiate contracts for network-related products and services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

a. Possess a Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

b. At least 5 years of relevant working experiences

c. Resourceful and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
