OPERATION LEADER
1.1 Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff to
meet operational targets while ensuring a high level of morale and job satisfaction
1.2 Allocate resources effectively, plan shift schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels to
meet production demands.
1.3 Oversee the training and development of team members, ensuring they are well-versed in
operational processes, safety protocols, and food quality standards.
1.4 Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement
corrective actions when necessary to improve team performance
Ensure that production activities meet scheduled targets
and maintain a high level of efficiency, consistency, and quality.
2.2 Identify production issues or bottlenecks and lead problem-solving efforts
to minimize downtime, optimize output, and ensure continuous flow.
2.3 Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to improve
efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs without compromising quality.
2.4 Collaborate with the planning and scheduling teams to ensure
production plans are met, raw materials are available, and the plant operates smoothly.
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods,
ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production needs without excess waste.
4.2 Work closely with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of raw materials,
address supply chain disruptions, and coordinate with procurement teams to manage orders
and deliveries.
4.3 Identify opportunities for reducing material waste, energy consumption,
and environmental impact throughout the production process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,066.77 - RM4,000.00 per month
