Requirements:
  • Staff on-board procedure such as personal supporting documents, assign company email, access card, assign workstation, briefing of company policies, new staff orientation etc.
  • Staff off-boarding procedure such as staff exit procedure, re-direct of company email etc.
  • Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, post onboarding bi-monthly review with Probation staff and their manager.
  • Maintain and monitor staff PPE issuance records.
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Update and maintain employee data/personal files (hard & soft copy) in system based on employee actual data and document.
  • Maintain and update company intranet portal on New and Resign staff.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Monthly report on Attendance, Annual Leave, medical leave and other leaves records.
  • Assist to arrange interviews for new candidates.
  • Arrange pre-employment medical screening with company clinic panel.
  • General purchasing and issuance of PO in HRMS System for office supplies.
  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers for general office purchases deliveries.
  • Sourcing for new suppliers and get at least 3 quotations for best price and stock availability.
  • Attend weekly teams meeting with Global HR group.
  • Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attentive to details and able to multi-task
  • Strong in prioritization, organization and efficient time management skill
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Human Resource
  • Good interpersonal skills
