  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Conducting financial analysis to assess existing portfolio companies’ performance as well as potential M&A targets.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business planning and decision- making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional projects.
  • Preparing periodic reports for our listed entities including quarterly, half-yearly and yearly operational activities reporting as required under ASX rules.
  • Preparing material announcements for release on the ASX.
  • Preparing presentations for investor meetings and conferences.
  • Represent the Company as a point-of-contact for investor engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in such fields are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Advisory or Consulting, Investment Banking (Corporate Finance), Venture Capital, Private Equity or a similar setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google cloud services (Google Docs, Sheets, etc).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • CFA, CPA, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience in Technology Sector.
  • Passion for utilizing and maximizing Generative AI tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:
