SUMMARY

Inventory Control Executive is responsible to pay very close attention to detail in order to effectively manage the Company’s inventory, investigate problem arises, reconcile stock count report and continuously provide recommendations for further improvement. This role includes maintaining inventory levels, making monthly inventory reports, recording and labeling inventory items to be used in the future and maintaining accurate stock records.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Overseeing and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures as per company objectives.

· Perform regular inventory audit in a timely manner to ensure compliances and detect area of concern for improvement.

· Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory including transfers counts

· Review inventory control system and identify areas for improvement.

· Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records

· Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs

· Prepare and generate detailed reports on inventory operations, stock level, adjustment and submit reports for Management’s review.

· Perform any other tasks or projects assigned from time to time.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics

· Solid hands-on experience and knowledge of all inventory control functions

· Strong analytical, organizational and planning skill

· Attention to detail in composing, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,750.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
