The Senior Manager of Market Management (Key Accounts) - Hotels is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth by managing key hotel accounts. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier hotel partners, optimize inventory and pricing strategies, and ensure seamless collaboration to enhance partner performance and OTA market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Management
Develop and execute comprehensive market management strategies to strengthen relationships with key hotel partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value hotel chains and independent hotels, ensuring long-term partnerships and mutual growth.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to analyze performance metrics, discuss opportunities, and resolve challenges.
Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization
Identify and implement growth opportunities for hotel partners by optimizing pricing, inventory allocation, and promotional strategies.
Leverage data analytics to assess market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns to drive revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, data analytics) to enhance partner visibility and conversion rates.
Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring competitive commission structures, favorable terms, and sustainable profitability.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk management.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.
Provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence and data-driven insights.
Represent the OTA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and build brand presence.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of market managers and account executives to maximize partner performance.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the market management team.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to drive innovation and enhance partner experience.
