Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and records.
- Prepare and organize meeting rooms, including refreshments if required.
- Provide general information and assistance to visitors and callers.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant departments.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (Fresh graduates may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional appearance and friendly behaviour.
