Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and records.
  • Prepare and organize meeting rooms, including refreshments if required.
  • Provide general information and assistance to visitors and callers.
  • Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant departments.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (Fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Professional appearance and friendly behaviour.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
