  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Ayam Penyet Best. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage inventory, maintain stock levels, and control costs to optimize profitability
  • Train and develop staff to meet performance expectations and promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage inventory and control costs.
