Our Client is looking for a HRIS Lead to own and manage their Dayforce system. The role is responsible for improving the existing HR system and processes, and work closely with the stakeholders to deliver key projects.
- Work with HR and IT stakeholders globally to drive enhancements and optimisation of Dayforce, whilst growing brand and usage of HR Technology internally
- Work within the office of Human Resources, driving HRIS projects
- Play a critical role in the implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Serve as subject matter expert for Compensation, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Expenses needs globally, reducing admin and driving productivity
- Stay current with the HR product roadmap, and work with Product Owner, users and vendor to adopt new functionality
- Coordinates functional testing and work with vendor for the configuration of the HR system
- Curate and analyze relevant data to derive insights
- Establish facts and draw valid conclusions to support sound recommendations
- Leveraging analytics tools, partnering with the Business Intelligence team to run data queries
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working with HR applications in a global organization
- Prior experience as Business Analyst / Application Consultant / Project Leader for HR system
- Excellent communication skills and able to effectively partner with stakeholders at various levels
- Data driven and able to use data to support decision making
- Excellent attention to detail
