- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring, payroll and employee counselling
- Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs in compliance with all statutory requirements
- Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirements
- Compilation and preparation of HR reports, such as headcount, turnover analysis, attendance, department expenses etc
- Maintain employee profile and up-to-date leave records
- To check monthly staff’s claims and do office and general manager petty cash claim
- To key in data/records in system and do proper filling system
- Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works such as pantry, stationery, incoming call etc
- To carry any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Knowledge basic of HR operations, Malaysian Labour Laws and other relevant legislations.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
