  • Data entry for Accounting purposes.
  • Responsible in Account Payable.
  • To administer all documentations in relation to the invoicing and receipt of payment from debtors/clients/suppliers.
  • Prepare invoices, payment voucher and other accounting documents.
  • Responsible for day to day operational of account department.
  • Checking and verifying data from operation department before payment approval.
  • Liaise with auditors, bank institution and company secretary.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases
  • Perform administrative support to ensure daily operation are run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and handle office maintenance issue.
  • Overseeing office supplies inventory.
  • Arranging amenities as needed
  • Ensuring a clean office environment
  • Liaising with external vendors, suppliers, and clients
  • To assist any job-related tasks assigned and directed by Supervisor.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess a bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration.

· Candidate must possess strong accounting background.

· At least minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in accounting field required for this position.

· Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office application (Words and Excel).

· Candidate have experience in Accounting Software. Experience in Autocount Accounting System will be added advantage.

· Good communication skill, can work in team, positive attitude and willing to learn.

· Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
