Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing principles, be well-versed in digital marketing channels, and possess excellent communication skills.

Campaign Management
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase app downloads, boost bookings, and drive website traffic.
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI and engagement goals are met.

Content Creation and Branding
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with the myBarber brand voice and values.
- Assist in designing promotional materials for events, partnerships, and collaborations.

Social Media and Community Engagement
- Manage myBarber’s social media platforms, driving engagement and building a loyal online community.
- Respond to customer queries and comments on social media channels to maintain a positive brand image.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers or ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.

Market Research and Insights
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Event Support and Partnerships
- Assist in planning and promoting events, such as barber battles, workshops, or collaborations with barbershops and academies.
- Support partnership initiatives that drive brand awareness and enhance the value proposition of myBarber.

Performance Tracking
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, such as user acquisition, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of market trends and a customer-centric mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
