Account & Admin- Junior Executive / Admin Assistant
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL). This role involves preparing monthly management reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing critical financial operations such as bank reconciliations and statutory submissions.
- Financial Management:
Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, and GL.
Prepare monthly management reports, including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
- Financial Analysis:
Track and analyze expenses for detailed management reports.
- Record Keeping:
Maintain proper accounting records and an organized filing system.
- Financial Reporting:
Prepare Balance Sheet schedules and Audit Schedules for the year-end audit.
- Reconciliation and Monitoring:
Check and monitor inter-company transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Statutory Compliance:
Perform Sales and Service Tax (SST) submissions bi-monthly.
- Professional Attributes:
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal Skills:
Exhibit a pleasant personality combined with a strong drive and ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, ACA, AIA, or similar is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in financial accounting.
- Mandarin language is an added advantage
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to commence work at short notice would be an advantage.
