- Work closely with the Strategy Team to develop integrated campaign concepts and solutions that align with client goals and expectations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining consistent communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring transparent communication and regular updates on project progress, performance, and outcomes.
- Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with client briefs and budgets.
- Present campaign concepts, project progress, and performance reports as per operational standards or client requests.
- Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and contribute to expanding the client portfolio.
- Ensure timely payment collection in accordance with contract agreements.
- Manage campaign budgets, project schedules, and deadlines while negotiating and addressing client concerns effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Good to have 1-3 experience in Marketing/Advertising Agency background.
- Proven experience in client servicing, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our mandarin speaking client.
