  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and assist in payroll-related matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as responding to employee inquiries.
  • Assisting in Industrial Relations (IR) matters and Liaise with external bodies (e.g., labor department, trade unions, legal advisors) on industrial relations matters.
  • Assist coordinate employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations, maternity gifts.
  • Assist in managing the Annual Training Plan Programmes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in a HR or administrative role, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Law, Industrial Relations (IR), and HR compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.
