- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and assist in payroll-related matters.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as responding to employee inquiries.
- Assisting in Industrial Relations (IR) matters and Liaise with external bodies (e.g., labor department, trade unions, legal advisors) on industrial relations matters.
- Assist coordinate employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations, maternity gifts.
- Assist in managing the Annual Training Plan Programmes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1- 2 years of experience in a HR or administrative role, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law, Industrial Relations (IR), and HR compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.
