Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
  • Conduct research of the various real estate market sectors.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for all new acquisitions and/or asset enhancements and prepare Board paper for presentation to management for approval.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network capable of providing leads for opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with key stakeholders eg clients, regulatory bodies, other business units within the Group.
  • Liaise with Group Legal department on legal documentation including sale and purchase agreements and lease/ tenancy agreements.
  • Support investor relations department in promoting the company with investors and media via investors decks, press release and annual report.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the management by engaging in various data analysis, risk/return analysis, market research and market assessment activities for varying business scenarios.

Job Specifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Law, Civil or Structural Engineering, Project Management. Master in Business Administration/ CFA will be an added advantage
  • At least 4 years working experience in related field.
  • Have in-depth knowledge and insights of Property Development industry with experiences in real estate investment analysis.
  • Ability to conduct financial cash flows, NPV for project feasibility studies.
