Customer Service Specialist [Russian Speaker] CSS represents the brand, culture, and values of our clients. The way you communicate reflects how our clients are perceived by customers. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Handling customer concerns positively and professionally. Interact with customers, provide support, and receive feedback or issue reports. Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels, non-voice. (email, and chat). Ensure professional, efficient, and high-quality service to clients. Accept and execute client instructions accurately. Ensure efficient resolution of problems and complaints. Cross-sell additional bank products and services. Capture client feedback for continuous improvement. Document the nature of client interactions. Meet productivity standards consistently. Acquire product knowledge and service skills through staff briefings and coaching from the Team Manager. Probe and identify financial needs during service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with the client charter. Process payments and client information accurately while safeguarding personal and payment details. Provide proactive support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty. Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels when necessary. Who are we looking for? • Russian speaker and possess basic English skills for internal communication (e.g. English emails/documents) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively. • Proficiency in using communication tools (email, chat). • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer information. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services. • Ability to work under pressure and meet productivity targets. • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
