Officer, Marketing
Role Overview:
An entry-level role with a passion for marketing and event planning. You will support the planning and execution of roadshows (for internal and hybrid sales team) and help manage the production of marketing collateral. This role involves collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Creative) and external vendors/agencies to ensure our project is consistently represented. You will be based in Menara Lagenda, PJ.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Roadshow Planning & Execution:
- Assist in organizing and executing roadshows for sales team.
- Help coordinate logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and setup.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align events with their objectives and gather feedback.
2)Marketing Collateral Production:
- Support the production of marketing materials (brochures, banners, digital assets, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and quality production.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure materials follow brand guidelines.
3)General Marketing Support:
- Assist with other marketing initiatives and tasks as needed.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing and event planning is a plus.
