You will work closely with clients and the Talent Supervisor for project guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design and Development
- Conduct content and needs analysis to define learning objectives.
- Develop storyboards and design interactive eLearning content that aligns with client requirements.
- Use instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM to guide project development.
- Work directly with clients to understand project goals and deliver content that meets their needs.
- Maintain professionalism and adaptability in handling client feedback and revisions.
- Utilise tools like Articulate 360, Rise, and other eLearning platforms to create impactful learning solutions.
- Ensure content is SCORM/xAPI compliant and compatible with client LMS platforms.
- Conduct reviews of developed content to ensure it meets instructional and technical standards.
- Implement revisions as required to achieve client satisfaction.
- Report to the Talent Supervisor for guidance and support in managing project challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design (freelance or full-time).
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Rise, or similar eLearning tools.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
- SCORM/xAPI knowledge and LMS familiarity are advantages.
