Responsibilities: -Provide administrative support to contract team. -Perform data entry and word processing functions. -Receives and distributes incoming correspondences. -Print drawing and issue correspondences letter. -Compiling, maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing system. -Receive, organize, distribute, and file all documents for incoming and ongoing projects. Requirement: -Posses at least SPM or diploma in any field. -Ability to use word processing document. -Good command with written in English. -Well organized; familiar with Microsoft Office Application. -Experience in contract / quantity surveyor department will be better advantage. -Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
